By visiting Widderstein Stables website you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in the T&C's. If you do not agree/accept or consent to these T&C's, please refrain from using our website, or alternatively drop us an e-mail letting us know the reasons why.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
From time to time Widderstein Stables requires amendments to be made to the T&C's due to changes in applicable law and/or changes in Internet technology. We reserve the right to change the T&C's without notification. The T&C's described on this web page should be checked regularly by you. T&C's are effective immediately once uploaded to this site.
In order to provide you with the best possible service, registration is preferable but not compulsory. Registration provides you with extra features such as order history, wish lists and newsletter subscription maintenance. When registering you shall provide information which is correct at the time of creation. You should never maintain an account that does not belong to you. It is your responsibility to update your own information prior to making any transaction/s on our site. It is your responsibility to know what actions are taken with your registered account, and ensure your password is maintained only by you. When registering, you agree to provide Widderstein Stables with private information required by us to better serve you. Private information includes name, telephone number, an Australian shipping address and e-mail address.
Termination of Account
Widderstein Stables reserves the right to cancel your account if your account is found to be in breach of these T&C's. We will do this without notice.
We accept 2 payment options. Paypal or Electronic transfer.
Paypal payments require you to enter your corresponding PayPal account information when required upon checkout. This process re-directs the browser to a PayPal Portal for payment completion. Widderstein Stables does not retain any financial information you have with Paypal. Please note PayPal allows you to use your nominated Credit Card and/or bank account facilities to pay for your purchases. For further information visit www.paypal.com.au.
Electronic Transfer requires you to follow instructions provided at checkout and subsequent e-mailed order confirmation. It is your responsibility to enter the correct BSB, Account Number and corresponding Order number provided to you on check out and subsequent e-mailed correspondence from Widderstein Stables.
We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damages incurred by you for incorrect account details being submitted by you via your financial institution when transferring funds to our account. If in doubt please double check the account details prior to sending funds.
Please note we do not have any control over the time it takes for funds to transfer from your financial institution to our bank account. We cannot be held liable for any delay.

Orders placed on Widderstein Stables are not binding until the order is paid in full. If you are paying by EFT, please take into account the potential latency in transferring funds into our bank account. We will not be held responsible for the delay in payments by yourself and/or by your financial institution.
Your order must contain your name, e-mail address and mailing address for us to satisfy order requirements. If you fail to provide valid information we may cancel your order.
You may cancel your order by contacting us on this firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on the status of your order we will charge a restocking fee of or15.00%Products are allocated against orders once orders are fully paid.
Product pricing is correct at time of placing order. Upon accepting and placing an order you agree to the product price which appears on that order. Listed price is subject to change at any time. Widderstein Stables reserves the right to change or correct product prices and/or specifications without notice due errors and or changes in market conditions.
Widderstein Stables will make every effort to represent products online as accurate as possible. Electronic media relating to products are sourced directly from the manufactures which include pictures, descriptions and specifications. We will check the validity and accuracy against the actual products and will align product specifications where appropriate. Product availability is subject to change at any time with out notice.
Please choose products carefully. Widderstein Stables will not exchange or refund because you have changed your mind and/or the product did not turn out as to what you expected. In the case you want to return your product/s you must i) return the product in the original condition with the original packaging such that the product can be resold ii) accept store credit of the original product amount minus fee of or15.00% (which ever is lower). If the returned item has been damaged, tampered and/or altered in anyway such that the product is not re-sellable we will additionally determine and apply an appropriate compensation fee to you store credit. If these above mentioned fees exceed the available store credit we will formally request you to pay any additional costs.
To the extent applicable by law we exclude all liability for loss or damage of any kind relating to the use of our website including, but not limited to, loss or damage as a result of:
negligent use of computer equipment
inability to use this website or lack of general browsing skills
unauthorised use of this web site though means other than web browsers
internet interruption due to connection loss and/or web server downtime
errors, inaccuracies and/or mistakes on our site
Injury or accidental property damage of any kind as result of viewing/using or visiting our website and/or linked 3rd party websites
misinterpretation of opinions, information, advice, representation and/or omissions.
any computer viruses, malware or any suspect code which could be transmitted though our website or linked 3rd party websites.
As a consumer you are entitled to warranties and statutory conditions under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (“Act”) . These are in addition to any voluntary warranties offered by product manufactures. Where a “major” failure is found to be in breach of warranty bound by the terms of the Act, then a remedy will be determined by either a refund or replacement by yourself. In all other cases a breach in warranty will be determined by refund or replacement by us. We will refund or replace the product on determination of a “major” or “non-major” failure if the product does not match the description, is unfit for it's intended use or purpose, is not of acceptable quality or is unsafe. Where a replacement or refund is determined we will ask you to send the item back to us before replacing it or refunding you money. Refunds are issued in the same manner as payment to us, hence if you paid for the item with PayPal you will be refunded though PayPal.
Please always retain proof of purchase.
How do you claim for warranty refund
You must notify us in a reasonable time frame upon receipt of goods, usually this would be within a 14 day period of delivery for a failure to become apparent depending on the nature of the products.
You must contact us via this e-mail email@example.com and describe the issue with your product and we'll best advise you on what to do next.
Replacement of products or refunds will not be made until the original product has been received by us and you claim correctly verified.
We will endeavour to refund or replace your product with 21 days on receipt of goods. This may take longer depending on uncontrollable external factors.
If we believe under our reasonable opinion that the product upon receipt by you has become unfit for it's intended use, has become unsafe or become of unacceptable quality due to wear and tear or failure to adhere to manufacturer's instructions or using it inappropriately or failure to take reasonable care we will not refund or replace the product.
